Ben (?) going well on 5m so rigged 76/5.2m and on sea bit before mid-day. First few runs were a bit light then well powered, and 4.7m would have been good at times. Brian came out for a while then we both came ashore as wind decreased for about 15 mins then I went out again as wind came back. Owen came to do some freestyle as sea flattened on way out as Mike came out as I finally packed in after 4 hours with wind still well up.
Sea choppy at times and I fluffed gybes in strong winds and chop. Tried a few down wind 360s on Owen's tutorage, but didn't cope with being back winded. Just about 4*.
